The clearance between the windshield cutout and the headlight on any Star Motorcycle is generally 1" and typically follows close to the angle of the front forks. To determine approximate height location on your bike, measure along the angle of the forks, from the top of the headlight to the given height of the windshield you have chosen, then add 1".
