Designed to be a perfect fit on the latest lightweight enduro bikes with a custom shape and specific fitting hardware. The OS-Base DirtBike is an "over-the-seat" harness for mounting OS-6, OS-12, or OS-18 Adventure Packs (all sold separately) as soft panniers, with no need for metal frames or racks. This system provides a super-tough, lightweight carrying solution, with only slight bodywork alterations needed. The fitting hardware gives the flexibility to mount a one, two, or three-pack set-up, depending on your ride. The set-length straps make mounting quick and easy, and the custom shape provides a tight, secure fit with plenty of distance from the exhaust. Less than a minute to mount and just seconds to remove it.
Includes two (2x) OS-DirtBike Rings which attach to the main bike frame near to the footpegs. Designed to be left on the bike when not using the OS-BASE, they provide an easy access mounting solution for the front straps.
Includes four (4x) OS-Rack Loops which provide four (4) hook-on points for a stand-alone OS-Pack or US-Drypack (all sold separately), or used in conjunction with the additional loops on the OS-Base they provide various mounting points for a three (3x) bag set-up. The rear two (2x) OS-Rack Loops provide a strong and safe mounting location for the rear straps.
Includes one (1x) Silicone Heat Shield which provides a safe barrier from the exhaust. It simply mounts to the silencer using the two zip-ties provided.

A Universal-Fit (bike-specific versions are now available for many models; select your ride to see if one is available for your specific year, make and model) system for trail, enduro or dual-sport bikes with no need for metal frames or racks. The flexible design of the OS-Base also enables you to mount an extra OS-Adventure Pack or a US-Drypack (sold separately) as a tail pack and includes 'Loop Mounts' to attach a tent or sleeping mat with the addition of OS-Cam Straps or OS-Mini Cam Straps (both sold separately).
After the initial set-up, it's quick and easy to put on and take off and the heavy-duty Hypalon construction with a semi-rigid polypropylene core is very stable and lightweight. The unique OS-Rack Loop mounting system, provides a very tough and reliable solution to the demands of off-road luggage carrying.

- Once the OS-Rack Loops are mounted on the rear fender and the OS Packs of your choice are mounted to the Base, fitting is quick and easy:
- 1. Hook-on the two top straps to the OS Rack Loops but leave loose.
- 2. Loop the two lower straps around the bike frame at the lowest possible position and hook them back to the loops on the strap making them as tight as possible.
- 3. Stand at the rear of the bike and pull the top straps as tight as possible, taking up the slack until the packs fit tightly to the bike.
- 4. Hook-on an additional top pack to the Loop Mounts on the OS-Base and the OS-Rack Loops.

Bodywork Damage Disclaimer: Even though most of the OS-Base mounts on the seat, the sides can rub against the plastic side panels of the bike, resulting in minor abrasion. This can be further exaggerated if mud and dust get in between the OS-Base and the plastics. Kriega strongly recommends applying a clear adhesive protective sheet to where abrasion may occur on your motorcycle.
