The GYTR "BFC" Billet Friction Clutch is designed to handle the rigors of extreme off-road racing, giving you the confidence to downshift and take the lead! This kit includes a Billet Clutch Basket, Inner Hub, and Pressure Plate to create a robust clutch system.

  • Precision-machined from the highest grade aluminum then anodized to increase durability while minimizing weight gain needed to add additional plate.
  • Removing stock judder springs and adding additional friction and plates increase the friction material amount inside the clutch for increased holding power.
  • 25.4% increase over manual clutch; 32.8% increase over Sport Shift (SS model) clutch.
  • Has the correct stack height and preload to be used in both manual and Sport Shift models.
  • Increased oil retention to help feed inner hub radical oiling passages for full potential flow.
  • Notes: Clutch plates, friction plates, and Yamalube all sold separately. Yamaha recommends installing new friction plates and steel plates; this kit requires a total of: 13 friction plates (5YU-16321-00-00) and 12 steel plates (2H7-16325-00-00), all sold separately. This accessory is restricted to closed-course competition use ONLY.
