  Graves Motorsports full exhaust systems are designed for the elite rider seeking top-of-the-line performance, fit, finish and value. These systems are built using the same Championship design and craftsmanship found in every Graves Motorsports exhaust. Each system features mandrel bent stainless steel tubing, billet aluminum flanges and a carbon fiber or titanium silencer with a titanium tapered conical outlet (most models) available with either a "Standard" or "Polished" finish (most models).

  This full exhaust system delivers exceptional weight savings and a healthy increase in power for which Graves is well known.

  • The titanium inlet is deep drawn over a precision die, allowing for a very compact silencer design.
  • "Ever-Last" packing produces an exhaust note like no other, and holds up longer to the extreme conditions of a high revving motorcycle.

  Ever-Last Packing:

  This packing material is made up of several continuous strands of fiber rather than short chopped sections of fiber. Each continuous strand of fiber is several hundred feet long, thus preventing it from being blown out of the silencer by the exhaust pulse. As such Graves does not have to use a stainless wool or stainless steel mesh to hold the packing back. By removing this barrier the packing can do a better job of absorbing the exhaust pulses.

  Packing Divider Plate:

  Exhaust pulses tend to push the packing toward the exit of the silencer reducing performance and increases the harshness of the exhaust note. The packing divider plate ensures the "Ever-Last" packing material stays put in the first third of the silencer where it is needed the most.
